At Dover Saddlery, we stand behind the quality of our equestrian products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within the specified period for a full refund or exchange.
Complete the Return Form
Locate the return form included with your original packing slip and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Use the pre-paid SmartLabel included in your package or generate a new one online to attach to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off Your Package
Hand your labeled package to any authorized USPS or FedEx location and keep your tracking number for reference until your return is processed.
